Tempo Timesheets integration

The Multi Time Tracker can be seamlessly integrated with Tempo Timesheets. In this guide we’ll walk you through the steps to set up the connection.

This integration can only be set up by an administrator who the Tempo Timesheets permission to manage work logs for all users. They can be granted on the Tempo permissions page.

Step 1: Create a new application

Navigate to Tempo > Settings > Data access > OAuth 2.0 Applications and create a new application. Define the name and add the redirect URL from the Multi Time Tracker page.

Set the client type to confidential and the authorization grant type to authorization code.

Step 2: Add application credentials to MTT

Copy the client ID and add it to the Multi Time Tracker configuration. Do the same thing with the client secret.

Step 3: Authorize yourself as an administrator

To finish the set up, click on the button below the credentials to finalize the connection to Tempo. Simply authorize access and you’re done.

Now all users working with the Multi Time Tracker will log work according to Tempo Timesheets guidelines.
